I am an anxious working mom who is struggling with, well everything. My journey to recovery started in May of 2001 when I started psychotherapy to try and stop my panic attacks. Since then, I have taken medication (and still do), classes, joined a support group, made friends with other anxious people, and learned a lot.
So, this space is where I will check in and write about my journey to recovery.
